How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs 3,90€ within Germany. Shipping within Germany is free of charge for purchases over 39€.
For shipping to other countries, the costs are displayed in the shopping cart during the ordering process. The calculation takes place after entering your place of residence.
- Shipping costs 5,90€ for European countries. Shipping is free for purchases over 59€. We deliver to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
- Shipping to Switzerland and UK costs 19,90€. Shipping is free for purchases over 99€.
These limits are independent of discounts or coupons.
How long does it take to ship?
The delivery time is usually 3-6 working days. If your order contains several products for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods (unless otherwise agreed) in one shipment. The applicable delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time.
For deliveries that are returned to us because the customer has not picked up the goods, we charge a fee of € 25 to cover our costs for packaging material and shipping.
I have not received an order confirmation.
If you haven’t received an order confirmation, it could be in your spam folder. So please check your spam folder first. It is also possible that the email address provided was incorrect and up-to-date. If that is the case, you can easily get in touch with us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), Instagram (ashk.eu) or Facebook (ashk.eu). We will be happy to check whether we have entered an order for you. Then we can change your email address and send you your order confirmation.

With PayPal Plus you have several options to pay with us. You can settle the bill with your PayPal credit or use the option with your VISA / Mastercard credit card.
Customs and import fees
For deliveries to non-European countries, additional customs fees and taxes may apply. These are to be borne by the recipient. ashk.eu has no influence on these fees and cannot provide any information about their amount.
Complaint / Return
Can I cancel my purchase and return the item?
The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party nominated by him who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods. Excluded from the right of withdrawal are all products that have been individualized or personalized by the customer when ordering. The customer bears all return costs.

If a manufacturing defect is found, ASHK will replace the defective product with a new one. Be sure to check the products carefully when you receive them.
