For orders within the EU, there are no customs or import taxes. Outside the EU, customs duties may apply.

We will pack and ship your order from our warehouse in Germany as quickly as possible. The delivery time is usually 2-6 working days from the shipping date. We strive to ship your products no later than the next working day. Please note that real foil posters and notebooks take 1-2 working days longer to produce.

If you didn't receive an order confirmation, it might be in your spam folder. So please check your spam folder first. It is also possible that the e-mail address provided was not correct and up-to-date. If that's the case, you can easily get in touch with us via email (service@ashk.eu), via Instagram (ashk.eu) or via Facebook (ashk.eu). We'll be happy to check if we've placed an order for you. We can then change your email address if necessary and send you your order confirmation.

As soon as we have sent your package, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number for tracking. This way you know when your order will be delivered.

For deliveries that are returned to us because the customer has not picked up the goods, we charge a fee of €20 to cover our packing and shipping costs.


On ashk.eu you can pay for your order with all common payment methods. The following payment methods are available to you: Paypal, credit card, SOFORT transfer, Bancontact and Ideal.

With Paypal you have several options to pay with us. You can settle the bill with your PayPal balance or use the option with your VISA / Mastercard credit card.

Deliveries to non-European countries may incur additional customs duties and taxes. These are to be borne by the recipient. ashk.eu has no influence on these fees and cannot provide any information on their amount.

If you have provided incorrect information, such as an incorrect address, a typo in the name, etc., please contact us immediately. As long as the order is not in the shipping process, we can update the information.

Once you have completed the payment for your order, changes are unfortunately only possible within 10 minutes. After that, we will start processing immediately so that our customers receive their order as quickly as possible. If you want to add products, we recommend that you place a new order.
